WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, AfterPay, and ApplePay
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & LOST PACKAGE POLICY?
Bath and body product sells are final due to the nature of the item. If your products arrive broken we will replace or refund them. Request for replacements or refunds must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Send requests with pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Non-personal items such as accessories and wax tarts can be returned unused, you are responsible for shipping costs on returns unless otherwise stated.
We insure all packages no matter the cost of the order. With lost* packages we will reship your order after we contact the carrier and attempt to locate the original. We do not replace stolen packages. Any package that is shown as delivered will not be replaced. Once the carrier has dropped of the package we are no longer responsible for the goods.
*Packages are only considered lost if they are failed to be delivered by the carrier. If you are deeply concerned about theft of your package please reach out and request signature release only, this will result in an additional $2 fee for your order. Most carriers have the option to put a hold on your package for pickup or even choosing when the package should be delivered.
