WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, AfterPay, and Sezzle.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Bath and body product sells are final due to the nature of the item. If your products arrive broken we will replace or refund them. Request for replacements or refunds must be made withing 48 hours of delivery. Send requests with pictures to support@bumpsandhollows.com.

Non-personal items such as accessories and wax tarts can be returned unused, you are responsible for shipping costs on returns unless otherwise stated.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
